First, be sure that it is the blower motor that is bad. Is it completely dead. Does it work in only one speed.

To replace it, remove the glove box and you will see the bottom of the blower motor. Remove three screws that hold motor in place and it will drop out. Note: You must replace both the motor AND impeller. If you buy a used one from a "bone" yard, make sure it is complete with the impeller installed. They are matched so the impeller is balanced.
