low brake fluid
Get down on the floor board and look up at the brake pedal arm. You will see a switch that the arm hits when no pressure is applied to the brake. Twist the switch and adjust so when you barely touch the pedal the brake lights come on.
According to the owners manual for Nissan Altima 2007 it is DOT 3.
Try to have your Neutral Safety switch checked out or your brake switch, It controls the shifter so you cant put it in gear without pressing the brake
disconnect it from your brake pedal lever.
Check the brake light sending switch. It's usually attached to the brake pedal. If that's not it, check the turn signal switch inside the steering column.
brake light and battery light is on
Most likely not as those 2 models are total different generations.
