Pull the hazard light button pocket, and remove the philips screw behind it.
Remove the two philips screws on the under side of the dash, immediately above the dash instrument panel, and pull the trim panel out.

take the one out like any other bulb theres a little clip that holds it in just releace it to get the bulb out
The side marker on a 1996 Honda Civic is replace by lifting the hood and locating the light housing. Once found unplug the bulb. Remove the old bulb and insert the new unit.

drop the bumper and take the headlight housing out
If you take out the bulb, it should have information printed directly on it. In my case (2001 Honda Civic LX 2 DR), the bulb reads 9003 HB2 H4 60/55W. If you get a 9003 compatible bulb, then it should work.

Open the hood of your car. On the back of the headlight assembly, unplug the headlight wire from the bulb and remove the rubber boot. There is a metal clip that holds the lightbulb in place. It needs to be pressed in and up to remove the bulb.
