On my '97 I had to remove the rear anti-sway bar. Jack it up. Take out the bolts. Make sure you've got a drain pan under it. That's it. When putting it back on, you can use either RTV black or Felpro does make a gasket for it. The factory used RTV. Make sure both surfaces are super clean and dry if using only RTV.
