There aren't bulbs in the digital display of a 94 Towncar. The whole cluster had to be replaced with a good one and needs to be calibrated to your mileage and such. Check with your local dealer after obtaining a replacement. I would start with a junkyard for replacements.
you need to replace the cluster..
To replace dash lights on a Mazda B 3000 first disconnect the battery and remove the dashboard. Unplug the cluster wiring and carefully remove the display. Replace the lights.
dash display panel needs rebuild
Unfortunately, you headlights are high-intensity discharge (HID) lights and you need to replace the whole lamp. The lights are very expensive to replace as well, if I'm not mistaken, they are around $800 to replace if you get them though the Lincoln dealership. I know this because my grandfather had to replace one of his. Your best bet is to go looking at junkyards to see if they have any. You can however replace the high beams.
Assuming you mean the instrument cluster lights, consult this link: http://www.lincolnsonline.com/tech/00086.html If you are referring to other lights (radio, switches, etc.) those are not serviceable. You have to replace the unit that's failing.
It depends what lights you are talking about, most dash lights are just bulbs. However in the cluster for digital lights and the fog light acessories they are done by LED lights in which you can replace if you know the right voltage. There are a lot of dash lights, so IRepairing Dashboard LightsTake apart the dash (or area where the lights are burned out) and replace the bad bulbs with good ones.
your headlight switch needs to be replaced. My Lincoln had the same problem, it all stems from the auto dimmer feature...replace the headlight switch (mine was 70-100 dollars) and your lights will work fine.
A survey master is a device that measures moisture levels in building materials. It displays the moisture level values on a digital display with a scale of color-coded lights.
Which lights are you attempting to replace?
The best way to fix a radio and odometer display that doesn't work is to check the fuses. When you replace the bad fuse then the lights should work in your dash.
The instrument cluster lights have their own fuse. It's a 5 amp at the bottom center of the fuse block. When the lights are on, the radio draws lamp power from the instrument cluster. This allows you to dim the brightness of the radio display with the other internal lamps.
To build a computer controlled musical Christmas lights display, you need to hook up your computer to a micro-controller, that is attached to the circuit of lights. For simplicity, Arduino is recommended for building this display.
