Take it to a garage. It needs to be checked out. --> it it is original, then I agree, go to the garage, if not, replace the BCM (Body control Module) to the fitting one (from the donour car, where you got the digital gauge from)
Are you talking about the brake lights? You cant replace any LEDs, you just have to replace the carrier of which ever assembly is out.
