The best way to fix a radio and odometer display that doesn't work is to check the fuses. When you replace the bad fuse then the lights should work in your dash.
Sounds like a blown fuse?
because the chimes dont come from your stereo speakers, they come from inside the dash
Replace the radio.
Printed wiring on the windscreen. There is no freestanding radio antenna.
Disconnect from the radio by unplugging it from the back of the receiver. It has a standard radio plug.
Your radio operates on one fuse, so if your display wasn't working, but the radio still worked, your radio is fried. Replace it.
Unfortunatly, you cant. This is a LCD (Liquid Crystalline Display) screen and is basically 'Self-Lighting'. If your display is no longer visible theres a good chance youll need to replace it.
Need clarification on what you are asking.
XM Radio may no longer display song names due to technical issues, changes in broadcasting protocols, or a decision to streamline content. Additionally, it could be related to licensing or contractual agreements that limit the ability to display certain metadata. It's also possible that they are focusing on other features or content delivery methods that do not prioritize song information. Users can check for updates or changes in services directly from XM Radio for more specific reasons.
I don't believe you can display both the radio station and the clock at the same time. With the radio on push the "CLK" button, that will display the time and I believe when you change radio stations it will display the station # temporarily before returning to the clock display.
"The fuses are good." Well, your odometer certainly isn't.
My fuel gauge, odometer and radiator gauge isn't working and my radio says locked. How can I fix this?
