Once the door panel is off or at least pulled away far enough to get to the speakers themselves, all you need is a Phillips screwdriver for the 4 screws that mount the speaker to the door frame. Remember to have patience and not just jerk the panel off, because it has pop rivets that will be tore up as well. And there are 3 star bits, or Phillips heads that have covers on them that are actually in the door themselves. One by the arm rest on the door, one towards the front by the lower front and one towards the lower rear.
