dont know about specific year but on mine it,s located on the side of footwell drivers side and it is incorporated with the engine computer witch if unplugged will have to be reinstalled by a Renault dealer at a cost of about £350 the clicking sound that sounds like the relay comes from a little speaker mounted in the speedo unit and to get to that the whole dash has to come off i have got around the indicator issue by re wiring the right hand side of car it.s not to hard to do but is time consuming hope this helps anyone who has trouble with indicators
