Believe it or not it is in the gas tank and is more of a strainer than a filter. I asked this of my local dealer shortly after purchasing a 2000 Oddity. Yuo have to have a special tool to even remove it. It's a stupid as the transmission, no filter. All you do is drain some fluid and replace. The 95-99 Honda Odyssey's have a fuel filter under the master cylinder, bolted to the inner fender.
This just isn't something that you want to do. Remove engine shroud, grill, bumper on the side that you're working on, inner fender fasteners - then you can get to the 4 bolts that hold the headlight assembly in. Did it yesterday - won't do it again. 5 hours :-(
Take it to a garage as you need special tools and the alignment has to be set when you replace them.
