Take the door panel off by removing screws around panel and lifting up on it. It will pop off. Disconnect wiring harness from switch. The switch is held in with lttle tabs on the mount. Pull these tabs back gently, they will break easily, and remove switch.
First... get a repair manual. Follow the instructions...

Replace the window regulator.
Just had this done on my 2002 4wd Dakota for about $160 including a pinion repair kit installed at a NAPA repair shop. 2004 shouldn't be much different. I think the pinion repair kit was about $30, so less that if you don't need it.
It could be coming from your heater core, may need to repair or replace it.
stick some thin wire down the holes
Its under the car right under the drivers seat. how do we fix/replace/repair it
replace the power window motor inside the door. You will have to drill out the rivets and replace with nuts and bolts
Replace driver's switch assembly
To repair the recoil starter on a Polaris 325 Magnum, first remove the recoil starter assembly by unscrewing it from the engine. Inspect the starter rope for frays or breaks, and replace it if necessary. Check the spring mechanism for proper tension and ensure it is not damaged; if it is, you may need to replace the recoil spring. Reassemble the starter, ensuring everything is properly aligned and secured before reinstalling it on the engine.
You don't. This is not a DIY repair. Working on the SRS can be very hazardous and is best left to a professional.
I would suggest you invest in a repair manual. It cost around $12 at most auto parts stores, and will contain the info you need to complete this repair and many others. It will pay for itself with this one repair.
