If you are trying to replace a faulty speedometer, there should be a couple of clips on the back of the instrument cluster. All you need to do is push the lever and pull the connector out. It is illegal to disconnect the speedometer in the United States for any reason other than to repair or replace it.
It is integrated with the turn signal stalk. Push forward for high beam, back for low.
Clutch is out replace clutch and throw out bearing and pressure plate We bought a used 1996 5 speed neon. After a bit, we had to push in second, to get car started. It's simply the wire to the starter broken, or starter no good. Us the wire was corroded. Now it runs fine.

Yes it is, but there is work to be done. If you want to put the turbo on the sxt you have to replace the engine and the transmission with the srt's. That's if your trying to have a car that's a sleeper... Unless you buy your own turbo. The downfall with that is you can only push about 5lb without ruining anything. Your better off getting a hyper-programing kit for the sxt. If your looking for the car to be faster you can also push between 40 to 50lb of nos.
