push in on the door pannel by the crank and remove the snap ring behind the pivit point
Pop back the plastic cover from the center of the crank and remove Allen or Philips screw. Handle will then pull off.
You need to get a window crank removal tool from an auto parts store. Simple pressed steel tool for less and $5.
I was working on the same problem for about 2 hours and discovered a metal clip in between the crank and the washer behind it. Just use a small flathead screwdriver, wedge it between the washer and crank and try to remove the metal clip. It should pop right off

Auto parts stores sell a wrench that slides under the handle, pushing off a clip that pins it to the spindle. (it's just a flat U-shaped piece of steel) Push in on the door panel around the crank and the wrench slides easily under crank to remove clip. Hope that helps.
