I'm not sure for all available engine sizes, but for sure If it has the most common 104 motor, then the panel on top of the engine is removed with an Allen wrench, to gain access to the plugs and wires. The wires are usually very firm, but pull straight off. then just remove all plugs with the appropriate size socket.
