Open the tailgate, notice two small Phillip head screws, remove them, the complete lense assembly will now wiggle out the back exposing the twist out lamp sockets, twist out the backup light socket and remove the bad bulb, replace with a new one and reverse procedure for assembly.

The bulb may be blown. Replace the bulb.
You replace the brakes on an ABS S10 the same way you replace brakes on a non ABS S10.
A 2002 S10 Blazer doesn't have throttle body injection (tbi).

Don't be a fool like me and take the dash instrument cover off and break it. Just unscrew the screws in the ashtray and pull the base out. The bulb is beside the cigarette lighter, twist and pull out, replace bulb, push and twist back in.

THE HEATER CIRCUIT IS PART OF THE OXYGEN CENSOR TWO OF THE WIRES HEAT THE CENSOR. JUST REPLACE THE CENSORS THAT SHOULD BE EASY.
Look from the outside. Either the front or back bulb is burned out.

For the front turn signal on a Chevy S-10 you remove the parking lamp lenses and replace the bulbs. If it is a rear turn signal bulb the taillight lenses will have to be removed to access the bulb.
