I am assuming you are meaning the serpentine belt? draw ALL THE PULLEYS on a piece of paper and the bely route, (i draw it on the engine somewhere with a permanet marker) look for the tensioner pully and use the correct means (wrench or ratchet) to push it toward your dash to release the tension and proceed to remove the belt. re route the new correct size belt per your correct diagram and release the tension again to fit the belt into place and let the belt tension... then give her the onion you shouls be good.

if you are asking timing belt good luck.
