How do you replace the centre console bulb in a Vauxhall Zafira behind the heating controls?

look under ashtay you will see a torx screw remove this screw and pull ashtray and cig lighter down tworads the floor to remove it now you will see 4 more torx screws remove only the screws that go trough the black plastic legs and gentley prize the pannel with switches away from dash board.remove the center nob by pulling it out (rember r mark witch way it was pointing)now at the rear of the control unit you will see a lage piece of white plasic held in place by legs with a flat screwdriver gentley pull the legs back away from the unit and keep a slight pull on the unit it should just pop out the bulb is right there on the piece you have just removed replace bulb and reassamble in reverse order of removal hope this helps
