Are you sure you need to replace it? Is it a no-spark condition? Might want to check the Crankshaft Position Sensor first.
It is in the distributor, you have to buy a distributor to replace.
It is a non serviceable component inside the distributor.

According to the Gates website ( they make timing belts etc. ) the 2.4 liter - 4 cylinder engine in a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus ( IS NOT ) an interference engine
