It's quite easy. Remove the panel that covers your car battery in the trunk and the light is accessible.
First, remove the small rectangular shaped cover in the middle of the panel that gives you access to your battery, which snaps out. Next you remove (two) black plastic snap-on buttons located on the side and the top of the inner-rear panel. Look carefully, as they blend in with the decor. You may need a flashlight to see them. You can use a screwdriver to pry them loose or reach behind the panel somewhat and yank them out. Do this carefully so you can reuse them.
Next you must unscrew (two) plastic bolts, that also hold your trunk net. The bolts are part of the two (T-Shaped) prongs that your net is secured to. Snap off the net and simply unscrew the two prongs by hand.
At this point you will have to manuver the panel up, out and forward - while leaving the front portion somewhat attached and in the trunk. Once slid forward, you will see the taillight. Again, you may need a flashlight. Turn it about 1/8 of a turn to the left and the bulb holder will snap out of the casing. Simply pull the bulb straight out and slip the new one in, at which point you re-install the holder.
Simply reverse the disassembly and you're in business. This entire proces takes 5 to 10 minutes and requires no tools, except a screwdriver to help remove the two snap-in buttons. But it's not really necessary.
Good luck...
