You bring it to a mechanic..
ECU is almost always on firewall and literally just plugs into harness. the trick is you need a replacement from same vehicle year range with same options (eng/trans/ac etc) or will need programming
ecu?
THe ECU is underneath the dashboard in KIA Spectra 2004.
If, by ECU you mean "Engine Control Unit", I don't believe a 1968 dodge pickup had one.
Fuel pump relay located in the inside of the passenger front wheel well goes bad and causes too much amps to flow to the ECU causing it to blow. Do a bypass on the relay and replace ECU.
Yes it will as long as the ECU is from the same drive train (E.g. 4x4, 4x2 automatic, manual.)
To reset the check engine light on a Dodge Stratus, you can disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 15 minutes. This will clear the engine control unit (ECU) memory and turn off the light. Alternatively, using an OBD-II scanner to clear the codes can also reset the light. However, ensure that any underlying issues are addressed before resetting the light to prevent it from coming back on.
its part of the ecu
Take it to the dealer.
It is behind the battery.
why won't my 2001 dodge ram van b1500 start it has no info stored in the ecu
Replace the ECU.
