I just did mine on my 1987 Toyota 2wd pickup. Not sure if its the same, but probably, if the 94's still use the in dash pull-handle type emergency brake that goes underneath the truck and attaches to a tension cable that connects to each rear wheel. With the wheels chocked and the tranny in park, and the parking brake disengaged, detach the cable underneath by removing the ball end. Trace the cable up to the firewall in the engine compartment where there's a round type cover held in place by two bolts. Remove these bolts, and you should be able to get the cover out of the way. Its a tight area, and not very comfortable to work. But with the cover off you can see into the handle mechanism under the dash inside the truck. You should see where the ball of the end of the cable fits into the end on the handle mechanism. Pop it out with a screw driver or other tool, and the cable may be removed. Installation is basically the reverse of removal.
