Easier said than done - it will require you getting upside-down under the steering wheel. If you're sitting in the driver seat, the flasher unit is located right at your left knee, but up underneath the console. Don't bother removing any plastic bits - it's unnecessary. The flasher unit itself is a pain to replace due to all of the wires clustered around down there. Good luck!

If none of them work it is a bad Flasher Relay. Replace it.
