To replace the fuel filter, first you have to relieve the fuel system pressure. Take off your rear seat cushion, and there should be a black oval plastic thing in the center. Peel it off, and disconnect the connectors. Then start your car until it stalls. Pop open your hood; The fuel filter is located on the firewall, on the drivers side, below the brake booster. it is a black canister, and should have a metal line running out the top and bottom. It is fairly difficult to get to, and I found it helpful to disconnect your air intake tubing at the throttle body. The top comes off fairly easily with a 10mm ratchet, however, I haven't figured out how to remove the bottom. Sorry!
