It's on the driver side just behind the door. You need a special tool to pull the lines off of the existing filter. It seems to be a cheap simple tool. it slips over the line then you push toward the filter, it will click then you can pull the line off. Just pull the lines then replace with the new filter. The truck will start funny at first because it will be deprived of gas for a moment but then it should be fine.
