You have to get one of those tools at the auto parts store for releasing the clip on the fuel line. Then you unclip the fuel filter from the frame under the driver side of the car. Use a rag to catch the gas and slide the tool around the gas line and push it into the sleeve on the gas line while pulling on the fuel filter. It will slide out. Do the same on the other side. Then just push the ends of the filter back into the gas lines. Be sure you get the flow direction right; I think it only goes one way.
