A 2004 Dodge Ram doesn't have a cabin filter.
It does not have one.
It is on the front driver side, under the black screw cap.
The fuel filter is not servicable. You would replace it with a new one.

There is none.
2003 requires priming the filter with a suction devise. 2004-2009 will self prime by turning the key on for 10 second and then cranking until it starts.
