How do you replace the headlight bulb located on a 2000 Dodge Neon once the two bolts have broken off and the headlight assembly still won't come out then what is the best way to replace the broken?

if you hacksaw the rest of the bolt underneith off , you can take the headlight out and change your bulbs . and to fix the bolts go to dealer get 2 new bolts , then heat old ones up to remove and put new bolts in

They are inside the headlight assembly. If they are broken you will have to replace the whole assembly. The dealership will charge you about $1000 for two new ones. I found some online for $117 a piece and installed them myself. Hope that helps.
