For all Ford Late model Econoline vans E150, E250, E350; you will need a pair of pliers or similar tool.
With the hood open, above each headlamp on the left and right there are metal tabs. Using the pliers pull these tabs up to release the headlamp assembly. It may take some finessing but eventually the headlamp will come free. With the headlamp removed, you can now replace the bulb. Rotate the plastic ring to release the old bulb and disconnect the wires. Put the attachment ring on the new bulb, attach the wires and reverse the process.
