First, open your hood and prop it open using the hood support rod. Stand in front of the vehicle, looking towards the engine. Now look on the top and slightly behind the headlight(s) and you will see (2) 8mm bolt heads that run straight up and down, one on each side of the light housing. Remove both bolts and pull the headlight assembly straight forward to remove it. Now you will see the bulb retaining ring, do not turn this yet. First, unplug the wiring connector from the bulb, then twist the locking ring counterclockwise until free. Remove the old bulb and replace with the new bulb. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT--DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS ON THE BULB, HANDLE THE NEW BULB WITH A CLEAN RAG/ PAPER TOWEL/ NAPKIN. Any finger prints/ grease on the new bulb will result in a hot spot on the new bulb and it will burn out again.
