Take the motor out and bring it into your local TV repair shop. They should be able to help you out. Tell them what you would like them to do and you should be good to go. Good luck.
The Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. Replace it.
it needs a blower motor resistor to make the fan settings work.If you replace the Blower MOTOR Resistor it should resolve the problem.

Your wiring is probably messed up, happened to me. Locate the wires from the blower to the controls check them and replace as needed. Assuming no wiring problem check and replace the blower motor resistor.

The blower motor speed resistor is burned out. You can replace only the resistor but the resistor probably burned out because the blower motor is going bad. If you want to fix it for good, replace both the blower motor and blower motor speed resistor.

Replace the HVAC resistor pack, it is defective.
If you are saying the Blower Motor only works on high, then your problem is a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack. Replace it.
