Mazda main fuse is bolted in with two M10 bolts. I know because I destroyed mine while trying to remove it. You will need a good socket set with a universal joint to remove it.
The fuse block under the hood needs to be raised. There are four tabs around the perimeter of the block. There are 2 small bolts that hold the fuse in place. Remove the 10mm bolts then simply pull out the fuse and replace it, reinstall the bolts and place the fuse block back in place. There are sliding guides that will align the block.

On a 1991 Mazda B2500, there are 3 fuses on the passenger side under the hood ... near the rear and on the side. The two 30 Amp fuses can be pulled out from the top. The 80 Amp main fuse is bolted in on both sides. A small screwdriver will open up access to these bolts.
