there are two of them one is one the header if front of the engine behind the radiator the other is on the top side of the catalytic convertor this is the one that usually goes bad it is like a spark plug with wires on it un plug the wires then unscrew the sensor put in the new one and plug it up

Trouble code P0145 means: O2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 3) Replace O2 sensor
The oxygen sensor is usually located on the exhaust system. You should find it just after the exhaust manifold and just ahead of the ctalytic converter...Don the Juan.
9 time out of 10, the heater circuit internal to the sensor has failed. Replace the sensor.
the O2 Sensor Should be on top of your exhaust manifold
The upstream O2 sensor is mounted in the ehxaust manifold The downstream O2 sensor is mounted in the exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter
Use a 7/8" O2S wrench, socket, or crow's foot to unscrew the sensor, then put a new one in.
To change an O2 sensor you need to disconnect the wiring harness from the sensor. Use an O2 sensor socket and ratchet set to remove the old sensor and replace with the new one.
An O2 sensor unscrews just like a spark plug.
Remove the vacuum hose from the O2 sensor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the O2 sensor retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new O2 sensor.
You cannot repair an O2 sensor. Replace it.
