You must hoist the engine up with a lift, and then disconnect the left most engine mount. This is the only way to get the belt around the engine mount. I have heard from people at Discount Auto that a specialty tool exists for around 50 dollars that allows you to complete the job with less hassle.

It depends on the motor..if you have overhead cam...then YES. The timing belt has to be removed when the water pump is changed and the cam sprockets have to be set to correct timing when the belt is replaced.
On top and inside the fuel tank.
Computer controlled.

Use only DOT3 brake fluid.
Fan motor going bad starts o.k. then slows and sometimes comes back on. Replace it soon or it will surge other components.
Either your coolant is actually low or you have a coolant sensor bad.
