Hey April==This is a pretty big job. Take the window crand and inside door handlw off and any screws you can find that hold the trim pad on. Then with a special tool available at the parts store, take the retainers loose from both sides and across the bottom of the pad and remove the trim pad. Then you have to take part of the linkage loose inside th edoor and remove the window channel and install it on the new glass. There are a lot of very sharp edges inside the door that can cut you pretty bad {from experience} so be careful.. You might want to just take it to the trim shop. GoodluckJoe
