No it does not. The only person who knows who reported them is you and the Facebook employee who is revewing the report.
It means: That you are giving a chance for them to lose their Facebook
There are many fake Facebook accounts. If you feel they are doing something illegal then report it to Facebook.
On every profile page you can find a "report this person" link.
You report them . Got to their profile press report/block this person.

Talk to the site manager and report that the person in question is using an unauthorized Facebook account
When a person is reported by several Facebook user his/her account gets suspended due to the breach of Facebook rules and regulations.
You can't request to have someone else's facebook deleted. But If the person has inappropriate pictures or is threatening you...etc. You can report them and then it is up to facebook if they delete the profile or not.
You can report the person on Facebook and the relevant authority if you get cyber bullied.

Well it doesnt really matter how much people, if u report a video then facebook will just look at that video and if its an inappropriate video then that person who had that video , might lose their account.
