Step 1: Create a post on Instagram.

Step 3: Select "Add Media".
Step 4: Select the video you want to edit and click "Open".
Step 5: Select "Edit" and click "Share".
Step 6: Tap "Upload Video" and select the video you want to upload. Step 7: Click "Save".
Step 8: Preview the video, then tap "Next".
Step 9: Enter the caption you'd like under the photo, then tap "Next". Step 10: Tap "Create" to post the video.
