Accept a rescue mission from one of the boards in Wigglytuff's Guild, go to your Jobs List from the menu and from there select Take Job on the mission you selected. Then, at the crossroads go right and select the dungeon that has the picture of a letter next to it. Travel through the dungeon until you reach the floor your subject is on (a notice will appear as soon as you reach the correct floor) and search for them. When you do find them, just talk to them and select "Yes" when you are asked if you want to rescue that Pokémon. They will thank you and be teleported out, then you are given the option of leaving the dungeon or continuing. You should continue if you have more jobs to do deeper into the dungeon.
