Thereis no resetting an ABS light you have a problem that has to be repaired to turn that off.
The ABS light on a 95 S10 Blazer has to be reset by a mechanic or the dealer. Unplugging the battery on the vehicle will not reset the ABS light.
The abs light is on because there is a problem with the system. Until the problem is fixed it will remain on. Once it is fixed the light will reset itself.

By having the anti-lock brake system fixed. Resetting the light will do no good unless the system is repaired. It will just come back on. I suggest you have this repaired by a qualified tech. You still have standard braking even though the ABS is non-functional.
