hold the trip reset button in for a while and your clock will move, i had the same problem

hold down the trip reset button for about 10 seconds then the minute hand should start moving
45% of 306= 45% * 306= 0.45 * 306= 137.7

hold down reset trip button for a minute - takes a long time but changes time eventually
306 + 25% = 306*1.25 = 382.5
Turn ignition off press and hold mileometer reset button. Turn ignition on, Service timer starts countdown to zero, Turn ignition off, release reset button, Turn ignition back on. It should now have reset the service miles. This worked on a 306 try it, it might work on a 406. Hope this is of some help.
