sounds like brake fluid level is still too low or the switch on the handbrake is faulty causing the light to stay on. ----- It could also indicate that your rotors are wearing thin.
That warning light means a light bulb is out. Check all of your brake lights (including the brake light on the rear dash!)
It is the same as turning any other warning light you need a diagnostics computer
