If you saved before encountering a Legendary, you can soft reset to encounter it again until you find the right one you want, but saving after catching or fainting a Legendary, soft resetting can't bring the Legendary back. It won't mess up the soft reset, but it can ruin the chances of finding a shiny Legendary if you already saved after encountering it.
No, Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Heartbreak does not have a built-in reset option. To reset the game, you will need to delete all saved data from the memory card or system where the game is saved. Be cautious as this action cannot be undone.

The thought is this: A child saved is a soul saved. A child saved is also a life saved because they have their life to live for God. An adult saved is a soul saved. An adult saved is only a partial life saved because they've already lived some of their life.

No everything is reset after the beta.
