On many GM vehicles you turn the key to ON (do not start)then depress the gas pedal 3 times. The light will flash twice to indicate it received the info. If that doesn't work, check the display panel on the middle of the dash. The info center can be toggled to get to the reset screen.

This is how to reset the "CHANGE OIL" light for a 96 Impala SS: 1. Turn the key to the "RUN" position with the engine OFF. 2. Push and release the gas pedal three times within five seconds. 3. Wait for the "CHANGE OIL" light to flash two times as a confirmation that the system has been successfully rest. If the "CHANGE OIL" light comes on and stays lit for five seconds, the system has NOT been reset. Therefore, you must repeat steps 1 & 2.

The ABS light is on because there is a problem with the system. Until the problem is fixed the light will remain on. Once the problem is fixed the light will reset itself.
