The spanner comes up to indicate that the car is due for a service. It should be reset by the garage after the service is carried out.
with ignition off hold done the button on the instrument cluster. turn ignition on. wait about 10 sec. the trip meter may reset but it will reappear to what it was before resetting the spanner symbol if done right. if done right. the spanner should dissappear.
That is the service indicator symbol if it's just been serviced just take it back in and get them too reset it. Darren.

You get it serviced at an authorized garage, they will have the equipment to read the diagnostic, fix what your car is complaining about and reset the spanner light.

Switch ignition ON. Press the button on end of right hand stalk until spanner symbol flashes and the distance remaining to next service appears in the display. Press and hold the trip reset button for 10 secs until new service interval is displayed.let go of stalk. Turn ignition off.
you have to press in the button on the end of the wiper switch until you reach the spanner symble with only the ignition on and the car not running then hold for several seconds until it flashes and disapears but this spanner is telling you the car needs a service. Depends which model?
Press right hand button on display while spanner symbol is visible. The display will flash showing the interval setting - press the button to increase the service interval distance to the desired setting.
