DON'T turn it on anymore! You'll strip things inside.
The motor is under the cover at he base of the wiper, in that big black thing. Different ones, different models, different years all come apart different ways - not hard but several steps.
Heres the thing, it almost always comes down to needing to oil/grease the assembly inside there. If you can just get it free enough you can squirt some WD40 or something in there and then move it a drop, you may well be able to get it working again.
There isn't a reset for the wipers.

Windshield wipers don't work
I believe it s a relay
They come on when you turn on the windshield washer, but only when the headlights are turned on.
There is no "reset" in the wiper motor. If your wipers do not park, it is likely your wiper motor parking contact or cam is broken. Try running the wipers with the key in the "ON" position, then turn the wipers off using their switch while they are up on the windshield. They should park themselves at the bottom. The good news is a wiper motor is pretty cheap at a junkyard, and not too hard to replace.
Why are there windshield wipers inside the car?
under the hood.. by the windshield wipers.. it blows in .. doesn't suck through.
Replace the windshield wipers.
If the windshield wipers on your Mercedes-Benz remain in the up position and won't return to their resting place, first check the wiper switch to ensure it's not stuck in the "on" position. If that's not the issue, try turning off the engine and restarting it to reset the electrical system. If the problem persists, there may be a malfunction in the wiper motor or the relay, and it's advisable to consult a professional mechanic for diagnosis and repair.
