Reset? I guess you could just unplug it behind the left A-pillar trim panel. The trim panel is held on with retainer clips, so you just pull it off.

Its different depending on year, and trim package. The lube guy at any service shop should be able to walk you through it, and it is in your owners manual. On your 05 Accord, press and hold the odometer reset button while you turn the ignition switch to the on position without starting the engine. After 5 seconds the maintenance required light will reset.
On the early "Vectra B" models it's under the trim immediately under the Hand-Brake lever.
Two screws at the top of dash and one screw each behind the flasher switch and a cover plate on the other side from the flasher switch. Reset switch in at the bottem right of the gauges after removing trim. Slide swith to reset.
In the trunk on the passenger side under the trim/carpet.
If an odometer has been turned back you can usually see tell tale signs that the numbers don't allign correctly. The other way of checking is for wear and tear on the trim within the car. If the vehicle mileage is showing as 20000 miles and the steering wheel and gear stick trim etc is worn then you can put a reasonably safe bet that the vehicle has done far in excess of that mileage.
Depends on which trim level, condition of the vehicle, mileage on the odometer, if it has been wrecked, and number of owners. Click the link and you can look up the value.
