It can be reset only by the provider (the one who manages or gave you the id file / password) to you
To find your FaceTime password, you typically need to ensure you're using the correct Apple ID associated with your FaceTime account, as FaceTime uses your Apple ID for authentication rather than a specific password. If you've forgotten your Apple ID password, you can reset it by going to the Apple ID account page, selecting "Forgot Apple ID or password?", and following the prompts to reset it using your email or security questions. Once reset, you’ll need to log back into FaceTime with the new password.

There are a few ways to reset your Apple ID depending on what information you have available. If you know the answers to the security questions connected to your account, go to appleid.apple.com, select "reset your password," enter your Apple ID, and go through the steps. Once you answer your security questions, you'll be able to choose a new password. If this doesn't work, contact Apple support at support.apple.com. If you can access the email address associated with your Apple ID, go to appleid.apple.com, select "reset your password," enter your Apple ID, and then select "email authentication." Apple will send a password-reset email to that account. Check that email and you'll be able to choose a new password at that link. If this doesn't work, contact Apple support at support.apple.com. If you have two-step verification turned on (and you should!), go to appleid.apple.com, select "reset your password," enter your Apple ID, enter the Recovery Key that you received when you set up two-step verification, and then choose the trusted device that will receive Apple's verification code. You will then be able to choose a new password. Keep in mind that if you lost your recovery key or access to your trusted device, you will not be able to reset your password.
