The only way to remove a name or account from the Innotab2 is to restore factory settings - BEWARE . . . if you do this you will lose any data, photos, videos etc stored in the memory, although anything stored on an SD card will not be lost. If you have stuff stored in memory, use file manager to back it up on yo9ur computer before resetting, then copy b ack to the Innotab afterwards. Pete F-E

There are 2 ways of resetting your motherboard to factory settings. 1) In bios there is an option to Load Setup Defaults in the Exit menu. 2) There is a jumper on the motherboard that will also clear the bois. It will normally be 3 pin labled CLRCT or something similar. Please refer to the manual for more details. IF YOU ARE AT ALL UNSURE ABOUT THIS THEN REFER TO AN EXPERT.
