Look up in right corner of the browser click on tools scroll down to toolbar click on toolbar. scroll and select the minus you what to use their should be a check box beside the ones you what to use. And look down list further and lock in your menus so they will be lock in place to stay put. Always use your toolbar to set up menu bars.
The task bar on every WIndows computer is the bar at the bottom of your screen with a Windows logo on the left of it (the Start button) and the clock on the right.

presuming you are running windows, you can go to "my computer" (from start menu) - then click on the the C drive - then program files - you will then have to find the appropraite folder for the application such as "sony". i can help you no further without the name of the pacific program you can also (if running windows) type in the name of the game in the search bar when you open the start menu. if running windows 7 or vista the seach bar is on the bottom left when you open the start menu, xp and below click on the SEARCH button on the bottom right when you open the start menu.

The windows explorer is the "shell" of windows, and is essential to be running at all times. When the explorer stops responding, this typically leads to a reboot, or freeze. Windows Explorer should not be confused with Internet Explorer, which is a totall different animal.
