if you didn't have recoveries set then you cant.
Runescape Homepage > Account > Account Management > Cancel Subscription.
you simply just create one
If a player was hacked, then the account could be retrieved by using their recovery questions. Do not accept an account that has been hacked...you will either get banned or lose the account to the true owner.
You can create a new one at the Runescape website. However, you should first try to recover the hacked account. Go to the main page and look at the recover options.
You don't. Hacking a player's account will result in the suspension of your account.
If there was money involved in the gaming account and if you have literal proof that it was hacked maybe. But first check out the terms and guidelines because if they have a disclaimer then you have no case (you already agreed to their terms)
Then you must create a new account, with a new name. Note that transferring accounts between players is against the rules of RuneScape.
Trading accounts is against the rules, but you can create a new account yourself.
runescape private servers search it check all results when found make an account and get whatever u want ☻
Sorry, but it is against the Jagex rules of play to lend out accounts, you could try the recover account feature of the Runescape Homepage to try to redeem ownership of your account.
If you know all your accounts passwords and its history you should be able to get it back.
If your account is hacked, stolen, or locked by jagex and you make a appeal, you get a tracking id.
