I don't think that you always can. Action replay codes are put in to get you some item or advantage in your game... to undo it, you would have to find a code to delete an item or advantage. Since most people don't want to delete those types of things, there might not be a code for that in all cases. ... Whenever you enter a cheat code in a game, you are risking data corruption and having to start the game from scratch. Hopefully it won't happen often, but not everything can be undone.
