As far as I can see there is no way to unless you found a download for an older version.
Laptops, prior to 2003, did not have the ability to download Skype. Skype was not released until 2003.
5.2
My Windows 7 laptop has Version 5.5.0.124 - if that's any use !
you cant do a group video on the normal version of skype but you can if all all of your group have skype 5.0
With version 5, Skype got terrible and bloated. Cause of this was the new "Full Screen Mode" that the developers at Skype introduced. Hence, many have reverted from Skype version 5 to version 4 (this is for Windows). Some have also criticised the integration of the Facebook connections/ apps, presenting a potential memory drain and privacy concern. Overall, looking at the online comments, blogs, tweets, Skype version 4.0-4.2 (for Windows) seems to be the version most loved right now. The hope is however, that Skype listens to it users, addresses its current issues, and integrates them in their upcoming version 6.
Reversion is a special power which supervisors have. Using this feature they can revert back the answer of a question to a previous version in case it is vandalized.
yes it is the latest version the next version is coming out in feb 2012
There is an easy way to check if one has the newest version of Skype. If one tries to update it, if it is the latest version, it will return a message stating that this is indeed the case.
Skype for Mac OS X can be downloaded from the Skype site. (See links below)
If Skype, version 3.8, keeps crashing, try unistalling, reboot, and then install again. If the these steps don't help, then contact Skype as there is a possible bug in the download.
Go To Google and type in skype and then click on where it says download skype version 6 and then open it when its done then run the file then enjoy and if you have skype make sure you add me on it my name is epicplayer2 on skype...
